had to get the rifle back out

Recommended Posts

well after getting let down yet again by my ferreting partner(think a new ones on the cards) decided to get the hw100 out again, it had been put away the for winter as i only normally shoot in the summer, so at 4 oclock i set off for the permission at 4-30 i'm checking my zero at 35yds when 2 rabbits burst through the hedge and start tearing lumps out of each other after about 20 seconds there face to face at 30 yds well an aa field was sent on its way and bunny number 1 did a back flip, bunny number 2 thought he wanted round 2 and duly tore into him then stopped but too late another pellet on its way and gave him the same fate as the first, then i moved round to the embankment and waited by the fence for some more to show, it was suprisingly warm lay there waiting, but did'nt have too wait to long as a rabbit moved out of the fence line at roughly 45yds and was sunning itself when it was sent to the darkness, i left it where it was and about 30 mins later its mate appeared and suffered the same fate so 4 rabbits in the bag and back home in acouple of hours, happy days

And thats exactly how asbo's for scrapping should be enforced!

They won't be causing any more grief for anyone

Nice one Albert, who needs a pertner when you have a more than reliable rifle?
