Macdonalds sell a lot of burgers and have done for years . . . doesn't mean they are high quality does it?

How can anyone that thinks slot of dogs in any capacity actually think it's ok for some to FARM dogs ? They are not dumb like sheep there dogs that need stimulation a pack environment etc. And what ab

hancocks dogs were and some still are bred from working or ex working farm bred border / beardie collies and he uses coursing bred or racing type greyhounds... a had spent afew hours taking to david when a got my hancock lurcher near 2 year ago and he is a bag of knowledge on collies and the crosses. the only thing is when you breed that amount of pups by the law of averages you are bound to get some bad ones and thats when the vulchers start to sleigh him. u want a collie cross well with hancock u get what u ask for... (what it says on the tin) the way a see it is if they weren't any good why the high demand for them

ye ok ..hands up who works them for him then ???? look on his web or ring him..... 6 years ago is not now ....his words on the phone and fox by 4 ye ok lol

had hancock lurchers back in the eighties.think it would be fair to say he uses mainly ex track greyhounds as brood bitches now.if you are happy with your hancock dog thats all that matters.

but thay dont see a track now do thay .......

the word ex gives that away but they were prooven dogs in the 80s or now still the same as for the collies thy are from working strain wheres the problem only diffrence here is hancock breeds alot of lurchers and sells some of them to didys who can tawk the tawk but when the crunch comes they make a cunnt of it not always the dogs fault

track dogs 3 gray bitchs as pups ...at his not going to see a track ye.....as for the collies my mate put his border to one of his gray bitchs as i have said befor ...

at the end of the day hancock is a buisness. ive said it before the main reason borders were crossed with beardies was to produce in some cases rough coated merles. hancock told me many years ago he had a long waiting list for wall eyed rough coated merles. which made very good sellers. i dont think the working ability was the main thing on his mind.

which made very good sellers does that not show that dogs he breeds must make the grade when he has a waiting list for specific types the argument goes on and on and always will he makes a living out of the production of them aye but he gives u what you want

the specific type people put their name down for in some cases was the look of the dog ie rough coated merle. by the way i have seen some very good dogs out of hancocks and some not so good. you pay your money and make your choice.
