Shoot down near Gedney Could be the odd one crossing there....You`ll never know, until ya get yer arse out there... Been twice already for morning + evening flight, not a bird in sight (odd mallard yards up) 5 hour round trip to get there and back for me hence the reason for the question...... Need more down there than the odd one, when the pinks arrive that's the time to go, here is a video I took last season.
bigdev 3
Takes me 3hr 30 min to get to the Wash, but still make it most weekends wether the geese are there or not.. Edited October 26, 2011 by bigdev
The Seeker 3,048
Takes me 3hr 30 min to get to the Wash, but still make it most weekends wether the geese are there or not.. Very commendable to go most weekends but I've been so many times over the years unless you just enjoy the scenery I find it's much better to wait for the right conditions tide, weather, etc. If you do see them arrive as the original post maybe you can share with the rest of us.? atb seeker
