What are peoples views on apple cider vinegar for ticks ? I have heard good and bad views on this never tried it personally. Suppose to do with the taste of the apple cider vinegar in the blood stream and the ticks not liking it and dropping off?

as i have said never tried it personally just to see the views on this ?

Theres a good read here mate, this is who i buy mine from and it seems it might cover them after all   http://www.crossgatesbioenergetics.com/apple-cider-vinegar.xhtml   ATB D

thats the kind of reply i expected from a patronising smartarse like yourself, it must be hard for you knowing everything

used a lot in the racing pigeon game for keeping the gut acidic and some people put it in the bath also they say it keeps ticks etc off there birds

I used to add it to the chooks water as it also acts as a natural anti biotic, i drink a couple of fingers of it myself daily when in full training as i find it helps the recovery prosess.

For flees the Garlic is best IMO, never had a flee in this house, all my dogs have measured doses of garlic and fenurgreek.

Garlic is toxic to dogs so be right about how much you use, it has so many medicinal attributes also (like a wonder drug IMO)

Don t panick, many things are toxic in large quantitys such as Nutmeg (contains syanide i beleive) but a wee sprinkle over your rice pud is all good LOL.

I use ACV in my fowls water as it's great for their digestive system. A week on and a week off.

However, ACV has an acid in it that can draw toxins out of metal drinking bowls and as most of us give our dogs their water in metal bowls you could poison them.
