back to england try and fetch some big ears in net back to wales ground to hard to run comps are al put back until we have rain

1 did not make it i traveled them in sacks sepertly move 2 and 3no problem off tis weekend with some smal boxes went to see the ones we releasded on lamp last nignt seem to have seteled

Yes it is ok to move them.

there is a club who do it every year.

they are moved from an area where numbers are reduced every year by hare shoots.

you need a long net which is made for netting hares they will bust through rabbit nets and i have seen this happen

the club has specially made boxes the hares have to be literally forced into them they are so tight.

we were told they need to be in such tight boxes to prevent them becoming stressed and die.

original box was borrowed from a greyhound coursing club who used to move hares every year.

out todayhad 15 hares in longnets out al dayseting nets driving the hares with some youg keepers 14 survived back to wales they were al ready wet coverd them with mud and let them go we did miss quite a few
