mackem 27,095
Been to 2 different dumps or re-cycling centres as they are called in Surrey,I chat with anyone and everyone, you never know what your going to learn to your advantage, anyway on both those dumps while tipping stuff in their various skips I have chatted to guys who work there, both collect and re-cycle dumped gear, one of the guys has three houses,he pays the local council to sift through the dumped gear and cherry-picks whatever he thinks has a resale value,he has a 20ft shipping container jammed-packed with everything from BMX bikes to golf-clubs to rattan-furniture,where theres much theres money I guess, next time your in such a place look at the cages, one for TV's,a seperate one for PC monitors etc etc etc,he sells the freezers, fridges etc to africans who ship them back home, fix them up and re-sell them.

mackem 27,095
dyson His container is on site at the recycling centre,he was sitting outside when I chatted to him and he had several Dyson visible,he told me he had been given golf-trophies,full set of golf-clubs,bikes,rugs etc that morning, interesting guy to chat to BUT he told me he was barely scraping by,however he had been doing it for the last 7 or 8 years and had a brand new Transit parked beside him, makes you wonder, the oddest guy I ever met who was skint when I met him,but went on to make millions did so from selling dope seeds, his seedbank is still going, had a shop in London and in amsterdam, both are closed now and his business is online as he got into a little trouble somewhere along the line, but during his heyday he had maybe 2000 different strains of seed on offer and his turnover was phenominal. rob190364 2,594
when i was younger i was always buying and selling motor bikes, alway made money on them, used to buy nackers and do them up and sell them on, so tried it with car's and lost money on every one, then went on to sell other things and made alot of money, had kids so stopped doing that, started selling plans for tool's that i'd come up with, also manuals for machines and made a lot of money each week, then all the wankers came on ebay wanting the world for 99p got sick to death of them, i was selling them things what would cost £10 for £2.99 to their door plus i was giving them ebooks that would cost them £5-15 each for f**k all and was still wanting more, so since the messed about with the feed back, so a seller could not leave bad for them i have packed it in! that was a stupid move by ebay.........the seller has zero protection now. A buyer can rip seller after seller off and there's no record of it on ebay so more and more sellers get ripped off. God knows why they did that!
