NEWKID 27,334
I would think talking about dodgy deals on a open forum would be worse than some of the lads that boast on the lurcher section, you never know who's watching lads.

scothunter 12,609
there a pub near me.always admired the full size wall mirrors in the bar.the ones with the brewers name and picture on it,also a whisky one.they have been in the boozer for years and years.heard it was gonna shut down, bet there worth a few quid. just remembered a funny story about that pub.its owned by stuart kennedy.played for aberdeen under sir alex.used to tell us some stories about his temper lol.anyway its a proper mans boozer.a big huge square bar.with proper pillarsat each corner.in fact the bar man there was a bit of a piss head,he used stand at the pillar place two pint glasses at each side and pretend it was periscope.funny to see.the only other room was the pool room way through the back.just a few benches and a pool table f**k all else.well one early morning a couple of lads broke into the empty flat above the pub.then broke through the floor, dropped through the ceiling of the pool room.intent on robbing the bar.well imagine thier suprise when they entered through the bar through the pool room door.only to be confronted by a dozen die hard drinkers who regulary got a lock in.wonder who was more suprised eh.couple of would be robbers covered in plaster. I tend to take free stuff, keep it until someone asks for it....then it makes a few quid..

I agree with that, the majority of normal everyday folk will never make proper money without taking a big risk somewhere along the line.....be grateful if it go,s well,if it dont you just gotta take it on the chin..... Used to stand on the door of a casino in London many years ago.....90% of the big spenders were Chinese .....i like the Chinese they love a bet
