well after i posted on here asking for help to get my wee bitch going i received a pm off of a member who offered to take me out with his bitch. After contacting another member he offered to take us out to his permission where the landowner has birds down and has been having bother with foxes.

after been shown the first earth, collared up terrier and let her have a look but she said nowt at home, still early so onto the next earth, this looked well kicked out and the bitch entered but came back out, nowt here either! had a look at another earth but this too was disused, still it is a bit warm so will have to wait till the milder weather comes, plenty time to get her working hopefully,

 

 

the young lads had took a couple of ferrets aswell and managed to bolt 3 bunnys to the lurchers so the day was a tad dissapointing but not a total loss.

Still got the mutts out bud better than them sitting in the kennel.

still early days to the season will have a good crack at it this season suppose to have a harsh winter this year.

Had a blank last weekend, had a dig yesterday though only 3 an half foot to my young bitch but ground was like iron, roll on this bad weather were ment to be having

stll a bit warm for them to be dropping in.we hunted a small bog and 2 small breaks bolted 6 foxes from the bog had 3 very good courses but missed them bolted 2 out of each break and caught a fine big dog fox first of many we hope

was out today bolted 5 in the first bog got 2 lurcher pup got 1 and another bolted in the next field let the other lurcher go and got him other 3 got away they didn't go near the holes we had it covered so they might go to them but didn't danny
