Twenty bores are a good rabbiting gun,but the ammo is expensive, number six is the traditional game shot size ,I would get the cabinet and, fix it in place first, before applying for your licence.West Malling's , "Country Ways" do them,[as well as guns].I don't know if there is anyone nearer to you.

A cheap Investarm or Baikal should fit the bill.

20 bore ammo is expensive you would be better putting your money into a 12g the ammo is quite cheap if the kick off the gun worries you with bird shot at about 30grams its not that bad i was 18 when i first got mine and i shot much bigger cartridges than birds shot and it was fine atb benji

Get a 12G shotgun

Use 30/32gram no.6 shot - gamebore pigeon special or kent velocity is what i use

you dont need an ammo safe you can keep carts anywhere

get your safe fitted before you send off your form if not a week after

2 weeks after sending it off ring them up and see where its up to and keep ringing every week or so ( speeds them up )

atb
