Bryan 1,362
I hunt with the pack that had 10 hounds robbed. this is the second time we've been robbed in 3 years. Despite a CCTV camera, roofed over kennels and metal fencing that was cut through. The Hounds and their breeding is the lifes work of 2 of the members with hounds bred down from hounds my dad would have hunted with in the 50's. and from hounds before that again, there are generations of work gone into these hounds. we've 16 hounds left in the "pack" When bitches come into season around Christmas we'll hardly be able to hunt. They are from a Hare hunting pack, we draw open green fields and will be of little use to guys hunting foxes or beating covers and will most likely be passed along, over and over as bad hounds or just culled, for hunting hares or running on in the open. As a club we've never refused anyone the use of a dog Hound for a service or operated a closed shop with regards to hounds or pups. They are being robbed for the demand from guys to buy working adult dogs no questions asked. They'll know what they have is robbed and probably have a bit of a laugh about it. I hope they get the luck they deserve. Keep and eye out for these and the 25 !!!!!!!!! working terriers that have been robbed. it's sickening. Bryan
