As the Hunting act states - It is illegal to 'Hunt' with a dog.... They've got to prove you were intentionally 'hunting' with your dog.

We need a revolution, but being Britain it seems we'd all rather moan instead of actually standing up for what we believe in. In general I have no real problem with immigrants, their only doing for their family what I'd do for mine if I was broke!! i really beleive we didnt push the boat far enough during the build up to the ban i and loads of others went on all the marches wrote letters to papers and mps and did loads of other things blocking motorways. posters.and barricading loocal mps in their houses with vehicles.but and here is where i feel we failed because i really think at one stage the goverment were concerned where it was going to end and this is when we should have put a big effort in and had the marches in the week not on sundays when it didnt really disrupt the citys.and bring them to a standstill when midweek marches and demos would have but the powers that be said that we would lose the support of the public by doing that. well i said at the time and i say it now bollocks to the public its not their way of life that has been changed and ruined .i knew i shouldnt have started on this again because i get real angry and emotional

spot on, everybody or most on this site get a real buzz from hunting wild animals ,from uesing dogs, guns,fishing rods,..birds of prey,.Now even though its all done in proper way (professional) way or should be.! Now from Dot - say late 60s hunting was seen as a Traditional thing in Great Britain a way of life. But i think from the end of the 60s (most) people started to change there Views on hunting, and deemed it as cruel and not a important part of our culture . And if you talk to people who are( not) anti's , they dont think its a important thing to bring back, as to what probs that we have in the world. And as it went for a free vote before from( all mp's) of the government , and it still was voted out . There is your answer.!! As Si said its gone for good, and in the future it dont matter what party you vote for it will never come back. So just keep what you are doing, and feck um keep working your dog

Modern technology is going to be the final nail in the coffin IMO, with the use of DNA testing, Number plate recognition cameras etc. which are all only in their early days and im pretty sure they will advance 10 fold over the next few years and become alot cheaper to sustain, it's going to become near impossible to do anything.
