my dad used to make them from car head lamps and if the beam was too wide he would fix a plant pot on the end

you dont get the old door bel switch breaking like the new lamps switches

i can remember my first homemade lamp,piece of broom shaft for handle,old car switch and a Citroen dolly spot light(lucas lamp)and a knicked motor bike battery,would put most of the modern lamps to shame and cost me nothing

i put 3 on my striker last seasen and one of my spares geting ready four a new one so they are not that grate

The old folk no best gaffer,no lightforce about them days homemade jobs and still got there quota.

First lamp I bought was called a nightblaster, it done the job, got lightforce 170 now. Had it for 3 mths, still don't think you could go wrong with a clulite, thinking about changing back, seem better build quality and that 2nd light is dead handy when your crossing gates, hedges or hiding in a ditch lol!

if you had a problem with the old lamp when out 9 times out of 10 you could fix it and cary on yonr nights lamping

ithink depends on the feilds you lamp if there plenty there the clulight is great i used mine in scotland exelent
