Anyone recommend a decent Lamp

Recommended Posts

i use the striker

blitz is a million times better for beam length but ffs what a faff on it is when its windy and jumping fences etc

honestly though try the deben tracer lamps ! much much better lamps same beam but lighter and ALOT better wiring

the amount of times my striker or blitz has been rewired is just daft

i got the deben 170 variable, i put the head off a striker on it and the spot is alot better. its gone from a crappy star/triangle blurred dot, to a perfect round dot. strange but true the LF striker head has improved the lamp.

Think you put this on the wrong forum mate, this is talking about lamps, not what you stick up your lass

I like the striker 170 due to it's size I use the blits 240 at the mo but I find in high winds it's like trying to hold a woke in hurrican Cathryn! Good lamp but the wind catches it as it's so big hop

Get one of the new tracer sports mate

I just bought the ucaller 170 and a new 12v 8ah lead acid battery for £65 brand new from a retailer... Can't really complain at that price, my mate has the exact lamp and it's more than powerful for what I need it for, will let you know how my setup gets on when it arrives.

ATB HD.

might be a silly question but will my clulite battery work with a lightforxe or blitz lamp head? would i just have to swap to a different connector? be a lot cheaper than buying a full set up.

thats how iv got my lamp sett up i took the lead and the jack connector off a clulite lamp as well and wired it into the stricker 170 atb steve
