mad al 146
Ever heard of Gelert? Try the "adult" version of it and you won't go far wrong . I pay £8.75 for 15kg. I think they also do a "chicken & rice" one....................Al Quote Link to post
Guest Frank
If its dry only, go for this below, it keeps a dog in top condition. http://www.royalcanin.com/accueil/gb_sommaire.asp Expensive, but for a reason. Frank. Quote Link to post

Guest WILF
JMHO, but you would be better off feeding scraps than any of the shite above. Mix the scraps with good quality raw which you buy from landywoods for as little as 20 odd pence a pound, should be more than enough. Quote Link to post
hare_dogs 0
try super dog active mate the chicken one my dogs love it. dont buy eny of this cheep shit like dr johns beecause it hasnt eny goodness in it what ur working dogs need unless you add meat or minse to it there isnt eny goodness in it. jmo Quote Link to post

tote 856
Dr.johns 6.58 a bag my dogs do well on it If you think about it how can a company make a 15kg bag of dogfood and sell it for £6.58 The manufacturer and the seller both have to make a profit,it must cost about£2 a bag to produce. If I had to feed dogs on this shite[dr johns] I would give up keeping them. The dogs would be better off getting fed on table scraps, far more nutrition in them. Better still feed them on the rabbits they/you catch.I feed half and half dry food/meat.A bag of greyhound meal[gain or red mills] only costs £10-£11.Surely they deserve to be fed properly after a nights work.
