Guest Frank
Its been 10 years since i bred ferrets. I mated my pair their the other day, last saturday. How long does it take for the jills swelling to go down? It says a couple of days in the book, but i think, from what i can remember, it takes a wee bit longer? She is still slightly swollen, its gone down a wee bit, but not much. So, from your experinces, how long does it take folks? Cheers, Frank. Quote Link to post

bill88 6
Opened the ferret hutch this morning after hearing the jill squealling, the hob was going like a seasoned pro.The hob was vasectomised in early february, and the vet's reckoned he'd be firing blank's within a fortnight.Finger's crossed she come's out of season in the next fortnight, and she don't surprise me with anything,in about six weeks time.I'll keep you all posted.
