fatlad 250 Posted October 2, 2011 Report Share Posted October 2, 2011 i ferreted for 15 years before i got a locater it learns you to be quieter round a set if you havent got one, i always made a squeaking sound when i fed the ferrets at home then if i got a kill i just made the same noise at a hole they usually came out to investigate what was going on. i always use a locater now but it wouldn,t bother me if i had to ferret without a locater 1 Quote Link to post
