Wullz 408
Hi lads, just wondered if anyone had come across this type of behaviour before.... There are a bunch of us in a wee wildfowling club situated up on the Moray Firth, last night one of the members called me and said that another older member had been subject to a bit of odd behaviour. When he was down on the foreshore waiting for the evening flight, a guy appeared and stood in front of him, wouldnt say anything and moved to keep in front of the old man anytime he tried to move. When a flight appeared the boy started waving a white flag about and making noises......our old mate got a bit windy and decided to pack up and head home. But he did phone and report it. Our secretary is going to report the incident to SACS and we have told the old fella to report it to the cops, apparently it can be classed as breach of the peace, with intent to cause distress. Anyone else come across this type of nutcase and if you did, how did you deal with it.....legally of course!! Wullz

Wullz 408
They are eejits right enough.....I think I may have reacted slightly different to the old fella, there are lots of hidey holes out there! Anyway, just had a conversation with another member who just happens to be a polis and he has informed us that if this sort of thing happens, its a breach of the peace with intent to cause distress.....happened to him down on the Forth, some clown with a loud hailer and a klaxon......my mate called his workmates and the anti ended up in Stirling cop shop for b & b.......just keep yourselves right and call the bill straight away, say some eejit is scaring you and they will be take care of it.....apparently they dont like antis much either....cause them a lot of work!
