they can both be very good. i always choose to run dogs as i think they are stronger built and can take knocks better in the field.

I've always ran dogs mate but was thinking about trying a bitch next as I've been told they are alot loyal and are easier to train

bitches all the way for me like, but av had good dogs before! but as said only thing with bitches is when they come in to heat, some lads still run them but i would not, the bitch i just lost had to have 6 weeks off as it was her 1st !!!

l only keep bitches but its a night mare at times when they all take break at the same time and you have nothing to run for weeks,you don't have that prop with dogs.

Seen so very good bitches and some very good dogs so 50/50 really

I run a lurcher dog & a terrier bitch I dont care about the sex if its got a set of bulls or a fanny if it works it works if it comes in season then I wait for it to come out of season

This whats sex is better shit is shit over the years i.ve heard of people coming out with all sorts like male terriers make better digging dogs males make better guard dogs a lurcher bitch makes a better worker its all shit it comes down to the dog it self not it sex if anyone cant make their mind up then go for a hermaphrodite & good look in finding one they dont come round much & if they do they got the best of both worlds

the disavanage of a bitch is there seasons THE FLAT SPOT its not the 3weeks what folk think about not runnin em it the weeks after they start carrying milk going into puppy bearin mode .just aksed any greyhound man from first comin heat to back to normal its16weeks some bitches are terrable some say its the biggest injury so you av a bitch in season now she wont be back to normal till febauary joys of bitches so when you lookin at ya bitch one day and think shes like a banger just think FLAT SPOT but some dont show it as bad

i prefer dogs but as already said they do take longer to mature, as for harder to train and less loyal can honestly say never noticed any difference, got 2 dogs and a bitch here now all been the same to train apart from each will have its own styles and faults.
