boyo 1,398 Posted October 9, 2011 Report Share Posted October 9, 2011 i was there great to meet some faces of here only downside was nothing to do with the dogside but personally thought the stall side was more like a market there wasnt half a dozen stalls with anything too do with the countryside or hunting very disapointing side of it . moonlighter 1,163 Posted October 9, 2011 Report Share Posted October 9, 2011 Another good day, but I think the weather put a lot of people off, both not wanting to stand at a show in the rain, and also the recent rain has made the ground runable after such a long dry spell and people wanting to be out hunting. Still we had a good time and I'm glad people thought the racing went well. We seem to have got it how we want it now with the pulleys and lure machine. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Had the pleasure of stewarding the ring and enjoyed it very much. Well Done to Vicky and Angie for taking champ and reserve. Judges were very hard pushed on picking the winner, it was very close. Sorry Penny, Stat made me do it I think this is straight racing winners. had a great day--the 540, odd miles round trip was worth it though , ronnie won the overs , had a chat with penny , but could'nt get a discount on her book , soz penny , but i'll buy it i promise, spoke with a few familiar faces , but missed simon , sorry pal. also, congrats to viki on winning championship----??? if i'm honest though , the only gripe i have , was the racing had to continue during the championship final , therefore not all dogs in the final were concentrating due to the euphoria at the racing, apart from that, i think STAT and the crew did a sterling job---roll on 2012 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
