Buch 145
Correct me if im wrong. But the best bulls do survive. They are the ones who go on to sire the next generation. Put it this way would you rather be a fighting bull, living out your life of luxury eating the best food, living n the best house ect ect. Or a beef cow (i was going to say beefer then for some reason)? On the subject of big game shooting, if paying a vast amount of money to shoot a gold headed stag in the highlands isnt exacaly the same as big game shooting in africa then ill eat my hat. Elephants (and most other big game) need controling just like the deer population in the country why not let a "fat american" do it to "boost there ego" for a hansome sum to garantee the survival that speicies and many otheres in the local area?

dytkos 17,784
I wouldnt turn down an opportunity to see one. Logically it appears an outdated cruel tradition carried on for no reason other than tradition and culture. However, as with hunting, there is a raw beauty behind the cruelty if you are open minded enough to see it... Total Bollocks in my opinion, or are you the Marquis De Sade????????????????????? Hunting gives the quarry a chance Cheers, D.
JohnGalway 1,043
I've never been to a bull fight, but I don't think they should be banned. Bull fighting is high on the list of things people would think of when thinking about Spain. I do think there's some sadness about old traditions like this dying off, or, being killed off. ginga john 268
No need to ban the Bull fights at all, just move over to the Portuguese version where the bull lives every time and the "Matadors" are very agile and skillful athletes They pull small ropes from the bulls horns while vaulting over them, no pics, no horses and no sword, an amazing spectacle and the complete superior to the Spanish version
