Still not ready

Again great conditions, but nothing out. Ran his first rabbit, boxed it back and forwards along a fence line, stopping it from entering 5 times. Then went to strike, and his back legs seemed to shoot backwards, he slipped and missed and it got through the fence.

The 2nd one he caught no probs, not much of a run and grabbed it just as it got into cover.

The third ended up being a rabbit sized leveret i mistook for a rabbit :wallbash: It ran him ragged, he did strike at it once and again his back legs seemed to slip out behind him?

Going to be a while before Rude boy is properly up and running

Yes he has.

It could have been dangerous for the dog.

has he been injured moll?

just keep getting him out and easy slips and im sure he will soon be back on form.

whens the next time your out with colin? ide like to come down and meet you next time your over and give the dogs a run out together.

His hip and back were out Jenky, he lost loads of condition whilst having treatment.

Hopefully Friday, I'll have to find out myself  I'll just have little Boo with me again :D

Stop your grovelling, it's getting embarrassing

It's def on for Friday, he said to ring him as he has no PC access at the mo

It was the bone man who sorted him, he's had ultra sound and is physically fine now, just getting him fit to start.

That is a silly coment mate..you can turn the beam of with experienced dog's ..but a young dog of that build and drive will run blind out of the beam and probably end it's hunting's day's ..so in sensible reality Moll done the right thing by keeping the lamp on..
