stealthy1 3,964
I'm no fan of hedge sets, especially well fenced hedges, nothing quite like dangling over the top of barbed wire trying to lay a net while hanging upside down, blackthorn in your fecking eye. And as for trying to dive in to grab the bunnies. . . . . Give me nice woodland sets anyday . . . . . This one is double planted, one side is the old dying out hedge and the other side is only few years old, there's an old dyke inbetween the two, hard work for what we took from it, but its done now for another year, thank f**k Quote Link to post

Country Joe 1,411
Ive got a bad hedge to do, and I am going on my own, it has a square mesh netting fence running alongside it, with burys either side, if one hits the net on the other side, I have no way of getting through, I will have to go to the end of the hedge, and then back up the other side, I will take my 6 months Whippet pup just for the experience, but will not be expecting much from him, any ideas, that would help? Your hedge is definitely a two man job, like you said, you cant be on both sides to grab bolters, if it was my dog I would take it just to brake it to your ferrets and visa versa Quote Link to post
