AndrewEdwardDennis 9 Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 I've just read that no dog whether it be lurcher/ terrier can not be used to kill the quarry - fox or rabbit underground or above. but i've seen some where else that dogs can still hunt rabbit above ground and kill them when caught...this true? also, if a ferret makes a kill under ground, would the whole process be illegal???
