Guest born to run1083

there's so many individual varriations that need to be taken in to account to get an individual dog at the top of there game each dog is different in everyone's else's kennel, alot depends on how many times you lamp your dog through the week and how many runs your dog gets at an outing if you only lamp once a week your need to do a hell off alot with the dog each day to get them up there best fitness but if you go 3-5 times a week they need alot less as lamping days give them all they need and other days in week are rest days and only need a few hour of free running to keep lose so all depends what you do with the dog really

Mine get to run round my farm/fields In the morning they also follow me when I go out on the horses the two usually run round going mad chasing each other for about a hour on morning. Then on a night the they either go lamping or free run round the farm again. But we go out 3/4 times a week. If they don't get worked hard then they will go for a hours walk day after. But as hs been said each dogs different. Atb Nat
