Guest born to run1083
Faster the dog the more they get knocked , I got a deerhound x grayhound x collie grayhound a real speed machine and she could hurt her self in a cotton wool factory, I think its just the speed and the drive to get her target . not always the case u can have speed machine,,,but if it runs smart,,,no problems,,ive see more harder lurchers injure just as much on same ground as speed merchants stupid speed merchents hurt themself more,,seen it many a time,,,40mph to catch 25mph rabbit,,put back on lead,,,,lol,,,till it learns aye put it back on the lead, that's really gonna teach a dog to run slower on quarry lol just make it more excited and with that attitude you might as well leave it in the kennel to rot Quote Link to post
nat 8
It was a 20 acre field with a beck running throught it, the 1 tractor was the only thing in it. It was just unlucky that in all that open field the rabbit decided to make it for the tractor Quote Link to post
