Burglar Fatally Stabbed

Recommended Posts

heres a question,,,, it says in the top of the article, that the family of the burgerlar had left floral tributes at the sceene, ok i get that they loved him,,,, but if you were the guy involved , would you leave them there or bin them

I understand slightly why they left flowers there but I think it shows a certain amount of bad taste towards the family who own the house and who have had their world turned upside down because some low life broke in to their house.

I would bin them..

I'd tell them to wait until he was buried before they started putting flowers everywhere.. Putting a floral tribute at the site of something like a car accident is one thing, but I think it's totally inappropriate to leave flowers at the scene in a case like this. The householder and his family are the biggest victims in it all, IMO.

right at the end of the day i would get tooled up , i know the law says your meat to use reasonable force! but come on what are you meant to do, shout down and ask them have you a bat? knive? or gun?? they will have somthing on them, a crow bar or screw drivers and like tommo said how do you know the've just come to rob the house could be some nonce coming for my kids, or to kill us all! so at the end of the day if any f****r comes in my house they are going to get a good beating if not death if i catch hold of them coz i'm fighting for my familys lives and mine!

If someone entered my home with a knife I think it would be fair to assume they intend to use it and I would defend myself, my family and my home accordingly. The intruder needs to be disabled to the point they are no longer a threat and if that means dead so be it.

And wtf is leaving flowers to the dead burglar outside the house all about? I'd be running over them with a lawn mower!

Anyone remember this simular case? back then Tony Martin was sentenced to life for defending his property, it wasn't until a public outcry he got released.

yes i remeber it, he had been done over on several occasions prior to the incident where he shot the young traveller with an unlicensed 12g. for the firearms offence he should have been taken to court, but never fo the murder of an intruder, never in a million years, the public took this case to heart and so they should have, anybody who enters another persons property without permision with the intent of commiting a criminal act should have no protection from the law.

Tony should not of done a days jail, YES i know he shot the lad in the back but guess what if he was not in the mans house in the first place he would not of being shot at now would he!!

The way a read the article is that they basically had him hostage in his own house until the point when his wife and kid came home and only then did he fight back to protect them. The law is an absolute joke if they can even consider charging him under those circumstances, it even didnt look like he would have even done anything if it hadnt been for his wife coming back.

The family of the dead scum bag have to hold some responsibility as they must have known what this numpty was doing when sneaking out of the house in the middle of the night with baraclava and a knife.

From reading the latest news reports.

The householder was arrested for murder but is out on bail and like the others, I very much doubt anything will happen to him. Is it really in the public interest to send a home owner to prison for protecting himself against an armed trespasser? Not going to happen.

The guy who's been charged is the second burglar. They have caught and charged him.

Shame he didn't get the other one too,f*****g shitbag leaving his mate to die..

Just shows you what real wankers they are,but then again isn't that the way it's going now days

the all have to go in team handed and then declare themselves hardmen

As far as the dickhead relatives putting flowers there, just goes to show you there mentality

Well one less wanker,so can't all be bad..

And everyman should be able to defend his home,by any means necessary

Like it's been said"if he wasn't there,he wouldn't have been killed

Rant over

Tango down

Unless the deceased has multiple stab wounds to his back then the guys in the shit. Dont believe CPS wont prosecute because they will. Some CPS lawyer behind his desk will want to make a name for himself :toast:

not a fecking chance mate,if he gets prosecuted for that there will be a fecking uproar, the cps have shown their intentions by not charging the other 2 blokes recently, one of which was an elderly shopkeeper who had previous for stabbing and they let him off...mind you he was black :whistling:

Justice Secretary Ken Clarke said it will “clarify” the existing law.

He said: “We will make it clear you can hit a burglar with a poker. If an old lady finds she’s got an 18-year-old burgling her house and she picks up a kitchen knife and sticks it in him, she has not committed an offence, and we will make that clear.”

so if some c**ts slabbering at your front door pull em in and stab f**k out of him
