just not enough to run round my way

Recommended Posts

most folk have to travel if they want good land with lots of game theres not many of us lucky enough to have it on the doorstep

Suppose im one of the lucky ones then, practically on my doorstep, its rural where i live, but i like to get about, change of scenery and all that

At my last house within two minutes i could be out the house and onto deer/fox/rabbit/hare/squirrel but is till travelled regularly as i think its does the hunter and dog good, i think its easy to get stuck in your own bubble, i know i did for many a year, when you travel on different ground, see other folks dogs and get out your comfort zone you see what sort of dog you really have

heard yours are rhubarb lol lol lol only kidding old boy dont wanna feel the long arm of simmo lol or is it simo ?

Like a said a have no transport but walk

I'm guessing you're a young lad............when I was a youngster just like Simo I'd walk 10/12 miles just to run a couple of bunnies.

If you want it enough you'll do whats nessacary it seems like a lot of youngsters want things on a plate for them these days.

I understand that mate, but before i had a car i'd walk 7 miles or more just to run a few bunnies each day, like i said its commitment and enthusiasm

Reminds me of the times when i was younger and didnt have my own transport.

My big brother or dad, used to take me and my mates plus dogs in the car and drop us off miles from home. Then we would lamp all the way home. Happy days.
