Its very economical tbh..im gettin about 40+ to the gallon. And with it being petrol its an easy fix if owt goes wrong with it...plus at first glance it looks just like an ordinary ford ka so it aint a puller...atb stabba Quote Link to post Share on other sites
RossM 8,121 Posted September 17, 2011 Report Share Posted September 17, 2011 just purchased a wee 2000reg berlingo van, 1.9d non turbo it wouldnae pull a soldier of yer sister but they seemingly manage 50ish mpg plenty space in the back for dogs. paid £300 for it, the lad had spent over £1k trying to solve the fact you thought you were on stars in their eyes with the amount of smoke coming out the back! £102 for a bit, half an hour of my time and its running like a dream! jigsaw 11,866 Posted September 17, 2011 Report Share Posted September 17, 2011 A big white tranny,all my p***y mates wave at me as I pass by.The wife hates the thing,but it carrys a hell of a lot of goats at a time,lol.I could never see myself going bck to a car now.Its a t260 and not too bad on diesel.Ive slept in it as I have the van in 2 sections,the back doors lead to the dog cages and the middle has a sleeping section,storage area.I have been caught out a few times for room when carrying anything with a bit of length.
