to dig or not to dig

im new to the hole digging process and im getting a terrier but im wondering should i dig or not ?

I'll answer your question with a question...Why else get a terrier but to dig to it ?

 

As for tips, I suggest hunting with some people who have been at it awhile...Best to learn from others mistakes...

first off buy something well breed second off buy a box and coller third thing is make sure you clean up after yourself when digging and last but not least don't try and learn yourself get out with lads who can show you the ropes it isnt easy out there unless you no what your doing and even then it still gets tough atb its a great sport.

I no nothing of bushing or ferreting...

 

Does bushing involve having a dog work heavy cover to flush out quarry to a gun...

 

What role does the terrier play in feretting ? ( catching bolters ? )
