Daystate rifles are a wee bit harder than most to tamper over the limit, buit shooting in a public place is madess these days, long gone are them days , Im pretty sure they classify airguns as firearm offences once you cross the line?? could be wrong though, if you weren't on permisson you cn deffo kiss goodbye to the rifle and wanna prey they dont make an example of you, likesay Im sure its a firearms offence you will be charged with, wtf where you doin with a grands worth of rifle and no permisson :icon_redface:

I sense an attention seeker, first his dogs were in the process of being stolen so he ran in the house, found his gun, came outside and took a shot (all this took place whilst the person was climbing the fence), and now you have been "raided", these threads scream "Look at me, look at me, im important too" :toast:

feel a shame for you pal losing your gun , but if youre no got permiss and close to the public eye always a do gooder and if over legal limit well its your chance better leaving a peice at a freinds or in awood well hidden ao ive been told of poachers years ago , neve rhave all the mechanics in one place first law of the jungle

Legally an airgun is classed as a firearm even if it's under the legal limit, if you dont have permission on a piece of land you are commiting armed trespass, by using it in a public place you are commiting a firearms offence, by shooting at some one with it you are commiting a firearms offence and by telling the whole world and his wife in a PUBLIC internet forum that you commited a firearms offence you are being very silly indeed, a leg to stand on you have not got!
