Daystate rifles are a wee bit harder than most to tamper over the limit, buit shooting in a public place is madess these days, long gone are them days , Im pretty sure they classify airguns as firearm offences once you cross the line?? could be wrong though, if you weren't on permisson you cn deffo kiss goodbye to the rifle and wanna prey they dont make an example of you, likesay Im sure its a firearms offence you will be charged with, wtf where you doin with a grands worth of rifle and no permisson

Legally an airgun is classed as a firearm even if it's under the legal limit, if you dont have permission on a piece of land you are commiting armed trespass, by using it in a public place you are commiting a firearms offence, by shooting at some one with it you are commiting a firearms offence and by telling the whole world and his wife in a PUBLIC internet forum that you commited a firearms offence you are being very silly indeed, a leg to stand on you have not got!
