2lb tomatos,

1lb onions,

8oz sultanas,

6oz muscovada or dark brown sugar,

1 tbsp ground coriander,

1 tbsp ground ginger,

3 cloves of garlic,

175ml vinegar.

Put all the ingrediants in a large saucepan bring to the boil and then simmer for an hour or two.

Its ready when the ingrediants get nice n sticky..

I haven't done this one, I think I may try it.

 

What type of chutney are you after holly? a veggie one or a fruity one? autumn flavoured one?

I have a few and it will take forever to type it all up so just give me a shout if you want any. Also trappa is a home preserve king! So he will be able to help more.
