THE WHOLE STORY AND THIS IS IT FOR THE LAST TIME .owen had a little bitch irish terrier bitch everybody called her as in king gallagin kelly j young and all the sligo men they were all hunting at the time she was a demon 23tts killing everything got up and bring back red lads live to hand .So a gang of lads in kings house one day and theirs a cream bitch in one of the pens and someone asked what way is she breed.King said she is a sister to owens little bitch that a lad had and never done anything with her this lad lived on a farm so she was reared loose and never handled.Owens brother asked what price is she .King says if yea can catch her shes 30 pound to you .So he goes up to the pen and spends half an hour trying to catch her with no luck.Everyone in the house is looking out and laughing as people do so he comes in and says to king if you catch that c**t il give yae 300 for the b*****d.King says leave her their il put a dog on her when she comes around so owen says if i catch her how much is she .3O to you aswell but yer wasting yer time it took 6 of us to catch her at yer mans house and shes in their the last 6 months and no one can catch her ha ha ha a big laugh for everyone.Now all the shit heads are going to like this owen goes up to the pen and catches her in about 5 mins buts her in the van and gives King his 30 quid deal done .Brings her home this is in april or may so he started getting her ready for the next season like traning her to a lead and not letting her go for the next 3 months and walking her every day which wasent easy because she was 3 years old when he got her anyway she came in season in sep just before the season and King cried and cried to bring her down and put a dog on her so the deal was if king put rusty on her owen would pring her down and that is what happened.Rusty was off rocky and silky irish terrier luchers is the best way to discribe them and the bitch was of bertie and her mother was out of rocky and lucy so theirs a lot of lads on here that know the dogs im talking about and the only one of these dogs that trew pups with that feather was bertie .As i said on here before his mother was said to have borzi in her and other people said it was lassie collie so take yer pick but their was no saluki in it even though king had a lot of them around at the time that was the reason for rusty being used to keep it out

interesting, I have heard from local lads, that there were a few lassie type crosses used 30 or more years ago. I also have seen the borzoi crosses from time to time.

Lassie crosses do appear to have saluki in them

been told by very good friend of mine that irish lady was a very good bitch, and that gorger of here has a cracking bitch out of her called shamrock, he said he saw shamrock run over here a few years back and she was killing fives and sixes no problem, i have never seen the bitch run myself but just going by my friend who has been running dogs for many years now and he thinks shamrock was one of the best dogs to come over here from ireland!! any of yous irish lads seen this bitch run?

Irish lady was a good enough bitch but their has been and is far better in ireland and the only way to say how good any dog is go and see it run or look at it on dvd and even on dvd yea need to know the time of year and where it was to know how good the hares were
