IanB 0
Had a look out the other evening for a roe, just using the last of my 80grain softpoints up before I shift over to vmax again, anyway chest shot, jumped and fell 10 yards away from where I hit it, on approach it took off 30 yards to a hedge, where I followed and it dropped. Stayed out to do some lamping with a mate and got a few bunnies, hares and a bargain fox to boot. Quote Link to post

IanB 0
nice bag , watch the uproar over the hare lol come on ian you know they are for dogmen only I'd prefer to see a dog behind a hare than a bullet, that's why I leave nearly all of them, apart from when a farmer actually wants them gone, due to certain reasons..Still a half decent result considering a full moon and no wind.. swamp thang 16
Now THAT is the way to acquire food, as opposed to walking down the aisle of a supermarket with a trolley, then paying through the nose for pre-packaged meat that most likely is loaded with growth hormones and preservatives. IanB 0
Great bag. If you would like to send me the pics and tell me about it I'll include in next months e-zine.info@ishootandfish.ie I'll try and get something knocked together time permitting. Now THAT is the way to acquire food, as opposed to walking down the aisle of a supermarket with a trolley, then paying through the nose for pre-packaged meat that most likely is loaded with growth hormones and preservatives. Agree totally swamp thang, most people just cant seem to see it though, some go mad for the so called organic products, nothing is more organic than wild meat and fodder from the field and hedgrow of our countryside. I sell most to gamedealers now though, so it all goes back into the food chain, even if joe public pays extra for the wildside, we get the pleasure of the hunt, know exactly hows it being prepared and the end result of our kill for the table for free Quote Link to post
