Cuts on legs, help needed

My lurcher keeps getting cuts at the bottom of her front two legs anybody know what or why this is happening, cheers

The cuts are at the bottom and on the front just above the paws, if that makes any sense

put sum purple spray on it when they are heald only when heald get a cap full of bleach put it in a bucket with cold watter it has to be cold water then dunk ya dogs feat in back and front it hardens them up a greyhound trainer told me this and it works but only use a cap full of bleach no more

a bucket of warm water with salt in that will do ya dog some good mate then put ya spray on

All lurcher's get cuts on their front legs,its the first signs of a working dog,little nicks going through wire,etc are just part of owning a working lurcher,most dogs lick their own grazes and nicks as its the best thing for them,no need to overmedicate unless they go sceptic or are very deep,atb,WM
