frankel 2,123
I went out for a shine on sunday night, moon was full but there was strong winds and was raining at times.. It was a hard shift for the dog, the rabbits were on the move as soon as the lamp hit them.. The dog has just came back from a minor injury so he wasnt as fit as he should be running these.. The terrain was quite bad to be honest but suited the Collie x....We ended the night on 25 rabbits Quote Link to post

FUJI 17,327
A decent night considering: full moon,1st run since injury and the terrain...i was happy enough with the dog and he seems injury free which is the main thing? Better hauls await of that i can GUARANTEE!!! Onwards and upwards and i think it's about time you let the old man take over the training/feeding and let's see what these mutts can do? haha Quote Link to post
TOMO 26,284
just shows how much that wind helps,, better to have a windy night on the moon, than a dead still night on a dark night... good stuff lads keeps the dogs ticking over till next week, hopfully get some wind and get amongst them again Quote Link to post
