clulite bulbs-dont get ripped

Young lad bought me his lamp friday at work.can ya fix it bud.leave it with me son.

come back at dinnertime-bulbs gone.had alook on cluson site-yeah right not on your life.

called in at a little electrical shop i know.2 x 50 watt. 2 x 20 watt. 4 quid job done.

were you get bulbs mate ? an do they do the light force ones the ones with vertical element ?? can get the horizontal elemented ones from lightspot wakefeild road after the proper bulbs though mate if you know any where cheers buddy

yes B&Q do them ? but trust me there not the same the beam is not the same from them when you use the not starred one there is a lot of glare.

trust i tryed them off the shelf ones and the elements are different in them.

 

they work yes you go put the propper one in after and you will see the diffrence in them .

 

i just changed mine just yesterday from a none standered one to a gen one and it was a lot better beam and no glare .

Yes i know what your saying yampy.you can buy better high output xenon style bulbs.but still cheaper than cluson.

the lad wanted the lamp back for friday night.so thats what i got him as was local.i know were hes goin and what hes doin so will be fine.

the 50watt halogen bulbs are vertical element i got him.

If anyone does a search on the web.as you can get them on e-bay or stores like maplins.

this is what you are looking for-

G6.35 12v 50watt halogen

G4 12v 20watt.halogen

dont get fooled by shops and suppliers telling you "you need this" specific one.ive worked in the electrical/electronics industry for 27 years-dont believe the hype.
