Church of the Holy Cross at Mwnt dates back to the 13th Century, and is on a site where a church has stood since the 6th Century. On the route to Bardsey Island and Saint Davids, it was a resting place for pilgrims travelling to these holy sites. I was there on Tuesday , what a beautiful part of the world you live in . Some super fit people about there . I was chatting with a yank bird , who was saying there are 1500 people taking part , and the cash they pay to do it is nobodys buisness !! Seems Sunday may have bad weather for it thought , as its been crap all week ( as you know ) That said , as usual ive had the pleasure of seal`s and pups , dolphins with their calfs , porpoises and a multitude of birds that i would not normally see .
