have a day off mate tongue in cheek never cut a fence in my life and if genuine character is based on this site you seriously got it wrong,i respect every bit of land i ever walked and no one ever bee

Na never used them or been out with anyone that has even mentioned it,   The idear is to be and gone with the farmer/landowner not even knowing right, So why cut fences ect and bring things too peop

for ramblers one of them must have been only about two foot tall to use the hole in the fence

i meant rambler with dog them wankers think they can go anywhere,

then when their on roads they walk 3 abreast and wont get in like those tossers on the racing bikes in lycra.

if running dog cant clear fence its not much use is it.

i know what you'r saying just me trying to be sarky but as a have said the fence borders the footpath so can't see any reason for ramblers also near opencast mine so not realy the area for rambling

oooh a raw nerve :tongue2: seriously thow i know most like to leave no trace and respect the land and the quarry but this is in exactly the same place i came accross two roe skinned and gutted and left in the ditch right next to a footpath not a good advert for any fieldsport so if you are pi~~~d at my remarks then sorry as you must be the good guys .but i know what i see and you must a least acknowledge the fact that we have some proper tits working these fields

Why would anyone skin and gut two roe......... then leave the carcasses in a ditch ??? Doesn't make sense ......

Cheers.

When on a "hot" line, It has been known for hunt supporters to carry wire cutters to allow horses (usually huntsmans or whip's)

to access places quickly that they would otherwise have to hack around to but they would be marked

with tape or the like and a "trusty" would be despatched (after he'd touched his forelock several times  )

to get the materials for a workmanlike repair.

In Cornwall anyway

Cheers, D.
