Rikweller 14
I find u get more from the basc membership, yeah it costs more but from the two websites it looks more worth the money in my opinion, others may disagree Quote Link to post
Me and the Gun 0
I'm insured with Basc and you only get what you pay for. I feel that I will get better back up etc when needed. See what everyone else thinks. It tends to be more recognised with landowners. All the best with the searching for new permissions. Quote Link to post

neil82 1,080
BASA is a scam run by the mags that promote it, looks good on paper but when anything happens you`ll find theres nobody to contact who actually knows whats going on, and personally i would join either basc or the ca, take your own choice from them, me i`m with the ca Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
I am with BASA, they responded well, got the documents through quickly, they allegedly have a helpline now for technical issues, it is half the cost of BASC, however after speaking to the BASC mob at a game fair they are reviewing the cost of airgun membership as they have been severely undercut by several other organisations. BASA is OK, BASC is better, there is also the gamekeepers association that does offer associate membership to those with airguns. It could be fair to say that the Moles insurance will be moving, however we have had no problems with BASA at the moment! 1 Quote Link to post

Rommels 7
Additionally BASC +1 ... get what you pay for at the end of the day and they are certainly fast and useful. Edited September 13, 2011 by Rommels Quote Link to post
jackinbox99 41
+1 for BASC from me. Been a member for years. Enjoy their website and magazine and always enter their competitions - although yet to win! I think you get a lot for your money with them too. Quote Link to post
