Its ok, hours can be long, and it can be stressful when trying to fit a large lorry into a small space. But the money is quite good and I get to see lots of the UK. mackem 26,168 Posted September 11, 2011 Report Share Posted September 11, 2011 Spent yesterday at what is or was probably europes biggest party,my mates were paid to drink all day and watch footie,I sat and drank orange and topped up the tan today is 34 degrees,bright blue sky,heat shimmering off the pavements swanning around in flip'flops and shorts,I always enjoy work on days like this Met several people earlier this week who are paid better than average salaries to live in the sun and watch FOOTIE they are odds compilators and statisticians for bookies,one complained to me he had to watch 3 matches in a single day Quote Link to post Share on other sites

WILF 46,574 Posted September 11, 2011 Report Share Posted September 11, 2011 i drive this for a nationwide access company been working on the new jonny depp film for the last three weeks but certainly nothing to get star struck about as we do lot of this type of work and we definately classed as the bottom of the rung so to speak,we cover a lot of major sporting events also but could just as well be taking up sign fitters steel erectors what ever has to be just about the most boring job you can imagine believe me,we are tacho exempt and the company rely on this for you to do as many hours in a week as you can stand which is why i spend so much time on here(fact as some lads like to say ) Movie work is as boring as f**k.........
