When i went out the cloud was just nice, hiding the moon, got to the spot, cloud blew over.... could have tied the dogs to a tree and played f****n cricket in it,bugger.

Been out just before dark for a mooch, caught one and just missed one, it's bloody warm tonight!

Took the staffy/whippet out for her first (and probably ONLY) try at lamping tonight. Both running dogs are out of action and it is doing my head in not able to get started.

Took her on the castle lawns, nice short grass, she is too small to be able to see in cover She only had 2 runs, and screamed her head off in chase, but she loved it

Spotted a new road kill rabbit on the way home, threw her out of the window and made believe i lamped it for her....she didn't know any different :laugh:

Went out for a bit saw 3-4 early on but spotted 3 bloody foxes ill be out with the gun tomorrow
