Simoman 110
Yep, ensure she has easy runs and perhaps go back to basics with the jumping training, aslo ensure she is physically fot and sound........... Quote Link to post

morton 5,368
Some dogs don't have the knack when it comes to turning, some will adapt their running and turning style with experience in the field, the ground as a lot of bearing on the dogs ability to turn,as the dog matures and becomes more experienced it should settle down and you will probably see the improvements. 1 Quote Link to post

123456 146
You said the dog is 1/4 bull and also has muscle on muscle, is she perhaps muscle bound from say to much walking? I've seen it in the past, a dog gets walked for miles everyday on the lead but has little running or lamping in comparisson and became to muscle bound to turn efficiently 1 Quote Link to post
gnipper 6,412
What kind of ground are you running the rabbits on? Quote Link to post
Moll. 1,770
It may look physically fit but may have underlying problems. My lurcher dog stopped turning as tight as he normally would last season. Got him in with a fantastic bone man. His neck & Back were out in several places plus something wrong with his sciatic nerve. But too the naked eye you would never have known there was anything wrong with normal day to day and exercising, was just on his turns when lamping i noticed Quote Link to post
RossM 8,113
overkeen for the catch perhaps? wants to get there as quick as possible and not working the gears as required? few easy catches under its belt and it might calm down and work the quarry abit better? Quote Link to post
