Don 5
Just a quick update, after much thought I've bought myself a green Discovery 300 TDi P reg, its done 133k miles and already has a lift kit & general grabber AT tyres, it doesnt have any MOT but i took a lad up who has a garage next to where I live and he says its fairly sound and wont need much for the MOT, got it for the princley sum of £1000, so Ive still got £1000 left to get it up to spec, I'll post pics as soon as I get them, what do you think! countrymaid 2
Ive had Landrovers and Nissans for years and ive just bought an M reg Pajero 2.8 import and im well impressed with it. I live in very rural Devon and it suits me as it tows like a dream and off road its better then anything ive driven before. Its got 100,000 on the clock and it cost me £1000 a month ago, for that sort of money if it lasts me a couple of years trouble free i will be happy. Quote Link to post

Sounds good, from what i gather they are a bit more thirsty than a Landrover, do you find this? Quote Link to post
welshwizard 33
I've got an "N" reg 110 Defender CSW 300 TDI, loads of room for the dogs, clothes and my mates. It does around 35 to the gallon on a run, I have had the diesel pump reconed. The good thing is you can get all your spares in any corner shop. Good Hunting. Quote Link to post
