catapault hunting is a very effective method from what ive witnessed. ive been using one for 2-3 years and got a very good shot now, still miss more then i hit but when i do its mostly head shots. my

i do similar i take out my terrier and an air gun and we get birds mainly pheasent and soon as he hears the shot he knows the score, even brings them back to me and if there to heavy he will come get

what cattys are yous guys using, i favour the old faithfull milbro fork, not by any means saying its the best but its what ive allways used and allways got on with

i use a litle ally one at the mo and use a small bufalow antler one but just orderd one of spike of hear looks quolity

h tomlin , as far as im aware the origional milbro [ milbro on handle ] are availible on the internet, i sell ally fork, milbro style, but my forks are made from solid ally plate not cast. i allso sell elastics and 12mm lead shot.

 

the gaffer, those buffalo horn cattys look mustard, i have a buffalo horn and ally catty but not a catty made from only horn

ive been out with the dogs and a catty with a couple of lads on a few occasions its been good sport. i will say ive never hit a thing, but ive seen some great shots by the lads ive been out with. its enjoyable watching the lurchers working round the cover when the terriers are in.

the gaffer : they look more than upto the job mate! i use an ally catty similar to yours, my father gifted it to me some time ago, i faver it over all my posh ones! feels great in the palm. i charge £5 for 50 shot. £10 for 150, 12mm

the ally one is my faverat not too big hiden easy no one non the wisser just the way i like it
