lithium lamping kit

have been used to carrying a 17 amp battery round for years, my pal got a lithium couple of weeks back and ive been using it.. i will neva lugg 1 of those big batterys round again. top bit of kit, worth every penny.

my mate has one not sure which type it was 160 notes then he bought a lamp for about 60, sits in his pocket light weight you wouldnt know its there, i just use a clulight £100 last long enough for me i get a few nights lamping and its robust enough for a clumsy f**ker like me

waters never bothered mine the only problem with mine is where the lamp connects into the battery but thats easily sorted with a bit of tape.

I get 12v 12amp batteries free from work (replacing fire alarm panels) and I'm still going to buy a LI batt the next time I'm flush!!

I'm still lugging the rucksack with 24Ah lump in the bag...it weighs me down before i start...but i never get much on my own anyway...LOL..

 

As soon as i've got the spare cash its the next thing on my list.. i did try ebay for a cheap lithium set up...but it seems deben are the only decent ones at the moment.

how long do the batterys last i dont mean in a night but the actual life off the battery, will they last 5 or 6 seasons
