asanley 1,009
There are certainly some well educated people on this board , then there are less well schooled people , but make up for it with common sense and experience . Other posters can be a bit harder to fathom , and seem to have difficulty getting thier point across but their view is no less valid for that. Then there is Dances.

Attack Fell Terrier 864
I was kicked out of school at 13, I couldn't get into another school so was sent on a Bridge course which just made most kids worse IMO. When I wasn't there I was working as a fencer with my Granddad. I've got a few qualifications (Graphic Design, Web design and Plastering) but they aren't worth the paper they're wrote on. Nothing can beat hands on experience IMO. I can recall desks and books being there. But most of the time I sat staring out the window waiting for the bell.

Hannah4181 260
11 Gcse's, 4 A Levels, and a degree in photography . . . . .. . which is all well and good, but life experience counts for a lot. I've been lucky enough to travel a fair amount and have dealt with a variety of situations and scenarios that have educated me far more than a paper qualification. johnny boy68 11,726
I was told when leaving primary school I'd be lucky to leave school with a hope let alone a qualification. Did ok considering I was expelled from about 5 schools..........ended up in a "special" school for problem kids(easily led I was).Got a few O levels but they didn't do me any good,I'm now a jack of all trades but master of none!
