robert michem 314 Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 the weather was blowing and back out again, snipes very very close to 11 year old now, and you have your moments iff hes still cot it[yes] he has he put 40 rabbs away gaffa putting 42 away,,82 will do me, more so snipe was still like a young dog [but was tied today ] add him in the bath for a good soak and rubbed down done him the world of good, on the way back to the motor, we was walking up the main road, gaffa pulled into the long grass; there was a roe what add bin knocked over, may be 1 or 2 days old so took it for a bit of dog meat, it all helps,, jim Quote Link to post

Great dog and fairplay to you for keeping him in tiptop order and proving that longevity of a working dog isn't and shouldn't be two or three seasons and then calling it a day!! ATB Andy.
