Pigeon shooting over cut barley/230

Hi all had a good days shooting yesterday.There is 134 pigeons on this picture but the final bag was 230.

fair play, thats a good day, i would have been happy just getting 134........., but to have 230..... even better, must have been plenty of birds about, well done,

Top day for north wales it going to be a good year for wales where theres alot of acorns falling we shall see very little birds on OSR this winter.

Good shooting there, well done. Wish I had been about for when the widgeon landed on the Llyn en-mass, sadly work just got in the way. Had a few good days on barley stubble, but not a lot of widgeon about now, they have definitely moved on, just the odd handfull of 20 or so birds still knocking about but nothing like the thousands that North Wales has had this year, its been a good one, and I know what you mean about acorns being on the ground early. Bodes for bad winter again?
