DogMagic 461
what makes people go out their way in this day and age to keep slow ,half hearted collie crosses .you would have thought this cross would have died out twenty year ago, there were none of them any good then either.if your thinking about going for a collie cross dont waste your time ,ive never known any of them to be worth keeping.whats your opinion on them? What sort of a stupid c**t are you?! Quote Link to post

robwelsh 354
I didn't look at the date..lol just saw it, read it and got bugged straight away..absolute aragance to the lurcher world! Quote Link to post
Rabbiting man 1,191
Im loyal to the collie x as people are loyal to their chosen football team Quote Link to post
robwelsh 354
I can't see anything wrong with collie in a lurcher, they've got far more attributes to the working lurcher than some other breeds they put into lurchers Quote Link to post
Guest big e
Are we having a f*****g laugh with this thread , the collie grey would be the perfect alllrounder in my book, very intelligent , fast , obedient , seen them do allsorts ,its the poachers ideal tool 2 Quote Link to post
HuntandFish 31
what makes people go out their way in this day and age to keep slow ,half hearted collie crosses .you would have thought this cross would have died out twenty year ago, there were none of them any good then either.if your thinking about going for a collie cross dont waste your time ,ive never known any of them to be worth keeping.whats your opinion on them? I have one here, and I am happy, I just use her for rabbits Lamped and ferreted, she is smart, quick she is about 5/8 greyhound 1/8 bull 2/8 collie, she was easy to train all except retrieving she is not consistent not sure why, I probably wont have another lurcher again without collie in it although I do have deerhound half pup owed to me by a friend. I dont think collie crosses are right for the blood and guts brigade but for the average lurcher work they are bang on. Every cross has its strenghts and weaknesses. 1 Quote Link to post
