My mate was walking on Hastings beach and found this

Any idea what this is ?

looks to me to be a skull from a ray.

right i put this image on tin eye . com it scanned over 2 billion images and nothing

If you view the skeleton at the original size the chest cavity has the same whispy edges and the piece you have has veretbrae on it

Don't worry about it malt, I was just showing a better pic of the part of the ray it looks like
